The goal of an ergonomics program is to reduce work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) developed by workers when a major part of their jobs involve reaching, bending over, lifting heavy objects, using continuous force, working with vibrating equipment and doing repetitive motions.There are numerous opportunities for individuals with a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science (MLS or MLIS). Academic librarians work in university and college libraries. Special librarians work in non-traditional settings such as law offices, museums, hospitals, and corporate offices.

If SCIs Client wants to meet you for an interview, the company will inform the appropriate consultant in SCI and the consultant will then get in touch with your straight way to discuss suitable dates.Registration is quick and easy. Simply click on the Register button on our Home page and you will be presented with a short form to complete. If you have an existing CV you can upload it in to our CV Manager. All the text in your CV will be read automatically and entered in to SCIs online 'CV Manager form. You can edit data and enter further information if everything isnt automatically put into the right place.

Are most Recruitment Organisations positions temporary positions? This really depends on the Recruitment Organisation. At SCI we try and strike a balance between temporary, fixed term contract and permanent positions. However due to the nature of certain industries within the scientific field, in particular the larger pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, many positions do initially start as temporary positions.If you are looking a change of direction or a new employer then, as with the undergraduate degree (see above), the range of employers is large and cover both the government and private industry spheres.
What happens after I have registered? After you have registered your CV with SCI your details will be copied to all SCI consultants, and they will compare your details to the person requirements for all current vacancies. They will then call or email you to discuss these opportunities, and all new opportunities, as they arise. However, it is still important to look at the vacancies page on SCIs web site on a regular basis, as new vacancies are posted every working day.Jobs in forensic science can at times be somewhat difficult to obtain. If you have just graduated from college and cannot immediately find a job in forensic science, finding a laboratory job in one of the natural science fields (chemistry, biology, biochemistry, etc.) will give you valuable laboratory technique and instrumentation experience.
