Russian women are very friendly and she will probably help you out when speaking to her. During these 3 seconds when you walked towards her she found that you were spontaneous in the way you spoke to her, amiable, and kind to speak to her in Russian. You are already off to a great start towards dating and a beautiful friendship as well.
Unfortunately, this is not what always happens. She might reject your offer to converse in case she is engaged or for some other reason. But it remains that it is great that you tried and you should not give up just because a woman declined your offer. When your eyes meet those of a Russian woman across the street or in a room, go ahead and try again. Keep an open mind and do not give up till you find your perfect woman.
