54: Building Muscle Without Weights
It's just what it says. With your arms in front of you, put your palms together and press. You can extend your arms or have the elbows bent in any manner that's comfortable. Pushups: Still a great exercise where no equipment is necessary. If you have trouble doing the conventional pushup ( body horizontal and knees and belly off floor) you can find a surface that allows you to do them on an angle, such as a couch or counter top. Just do them like a normal pushup, only on an angle.

57: Yoga Is Great For The Mind And Body
It is no great secret that exercise is an important component in an overall healthy psychic lifestyle. But what type of exercise should you choose? There is a plethora of fitness options out there, but not all of them may be suited for your precise needs and fitness level. However, there is one type of exercise program that seem to be appropriate for just about everyone; beginner and buff alike. The type of exercise that I am referring to is yoga. Yoga is more than simply a physical workout. When done properly, this discipline combines the elements of mind, body and spirit to achieve oneness and wellness at the same time. Many people worldwide who practice yoga regularly feel more in tune with their bodies to the point of knowing when something is not healthy before symptoms even arise. This allows the person to seek treatment before an illness or infection becomes full blown and is more difficult to fight. In addition to the mind-body connection, there are plenty of physical benefits to this discipline as well.

58: Fitness Equipment: Elliptical Machine Buyer's Guide
Elliptical machine reviews are packed with details about the superb weight loss cardio workouts the trainers provide. If you are gearing up for some thigh-toning aerobic conditioning, getting one of these fat-burning exercise partners is an excellent place to start. However, if you see one of these strange-looking gizmo's and equate it with some kind of torture tool, you can't be blamed! Exercise equipment in general, and elliptical machines in particular, are evolving so rapidly that it is almost impossible to keep up with all the latest innovations.

59: Workouts To Loose Love Handles
Man do I love the way the food I eat bundles up in flab around my abs. I love the handles around my midsection. Does anyone really believe that? No way. Stomach fat is bad for both our looks and our health. Yet strangely enough we have nicknamed that area of fat 'love handles'.
