It's All about Respect

Everyone loves a classic rags-to-riches tale. Bill Bartmann actually lived one. From a homeless gang member at 14 to a millionaire at 30 is quite a feat for anyone! He thanks his wife, Kathy, often for helping him turn his life around. In more than 30 years of marriage, she has never left his side.

Kathy talked Bill Bartmann into getting his high school equivalent degree, undergraduate degree, and law degree, even though all were a struggle, because Bill was never much of a student. He was a hard worker, though. Some of his classes had to be taken more than once, but eventually he followed his passion and opened a law office for people who couldn't afford an attorney.

Bill Bartmann's financial roller coaster ride began when he left the law practice after about five years. It was the 1970's, and he made a fortune in real estate (which at the time, was fairly easy to do). He was a millionaire by the time he was 30 years old. He then went into the oil business, but when the price of oil dropped from $40 per barrel to only $14, his fortune disappeared.

To add insult to injury, debt collectors started hassling Bill and Kathy over the phone. It was appalling how rude these people could be! Even if he had the money, he wouldn't have wanted to pay those awful people. That's when it hit him. Why not start a "nice" debt collection business? This idea was so successful that Bill was once again a millionaire.

Bill believed in his heart that most people were like him. They really wanted to pay their bills, but they weren't able to do so. He knew that he would be much more likely to send his money to a nice person than to a degrading one, so he figured other people were probably the same way. He knew they would send as much as they could, when they could. His idea worked!

In everything Bill Bartmann has done, whether it brought him rags or riches, he did it with passion. He didn't listen to teachers who told him to get the job that pays the best. What good is a great-paying job if you're too miserable or too busy to enjoy the rest of your life? He knew that in order to find success, he would have to be happy.

In all of his ups and downs, two bankruptcies and three times a millionaire, Bill has learned from experiences. Now that he's a billionaire, he uses this knowledge to help others in his Billionaire Mentor Program. His program is completely different than most of the programs out there today because, as always, he respects his audience.

Bill knows that rich people demand just as much respect as the poor people he helped in his debt collection business. His program isn't a bunch of airy foo-foo and rainbows like many programs are. His materials aren't one-size-fits-all either. Everything you learn is necessary, and everything is on your level. He doesn't try to sell you anything, either. Everything in the program is included in the advertised price.
