Beach holidays to Cuba.
This article is intended for those looking to spend some relaxation holidays in Cuba. Cuba has a great deal of options in terms of beach holidays and this is the specialty of big tour operators like Thomas Cook, MyTravel, Thompson Holidays and so many others.
There are lots of options in terms of beach locations in Cuba and most of them have an international airport nearby. Let us take for instance Cayo Coco, this paradise of turquoise color beaches and white sand is a favorite among travelers and has an international airport only 10 minutes away from the resorts.
In this beach area you can get pure leisure and lodging standards that array from 3 to 5 star quality properties. There are only 3 hotels in the area so you will in no way feel compacted by the multitude of beach lovers that can be found on any popular beach location around the Globe. If you are traveling with your children Cayo Santa Maria presents the opportunity of accepting kids but if you are looking for a property for adults only this location can also go well with your demands.
All of the hotels in this little island are all inclusive so you do not need to go finding restaurants or entertainment outside the resort. Excellent shows are presented by the staff of the hotels in their outdoor theaters at night or in the swimming pools during the daytime. Fishing, diving and all sorts of excursions are also available from the reservation desks in the lobby of each hotel.
Lots of table games, aerobics, pool games, archery, salsa and Spanish introduction lessons and water sports that do not need fuel are incorporated within the cost you paid for you package holiday. You will not need to pay out a penny while staying in your resort. All of them have one buffet restaurant and at least 2 or 3 a la carte restaurants. A la carte restaurants have to be booked though through the reception of the hotel you are staying in.
But it is a real shame if you take such a long flight top visit Cuba and end up only staying on a beach resort. Cuba is a mystic, romantic destination with lots of other attributes other than beautiful beaches. I strongly recommend you visit Havana the Capital of Cuba. Now in this case it is a lot better to contact one of the specialists in holidays to Cuba.
If this is what you want then I recommend you contact any of the small tour operators that specialize in tailor made holidays. They have contracts with hotels all over Cuba and most likely their price is going to be cheaper that any of the big tour operator's packages. You will be provided with flights with schedule airlines which will land at Havana airport and then your itinerary will follow including as many locations as you want.
If you are not lucky and find one of this specialists or you are simply tempted by the very cheap prices of the big tour operators that only do beach holidays, I still recommend you take an excursion from your hotel to visit Havana or any other important city. At the end of the day you can not say you have been to Cuba if you only stayed on a huge all inclusive resort by the beach which could be anywhere in the world.
